A unique, Traditional Method blend made by English fizz specialists, Digby Fine English, the Harvey Nichols English Sparkling Wine is created from the finest hand-harvested fruit, sourced from specially selected vineyards in Sussex and Hampshire. Attentively assembled by Digby’s master blenders, this exclusive bottling is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes that has been aged on its lees for approximately two years, adding extra complexity and texture to the wine. This elegant blend delivers attractive citrus and white stone fruit aromas, with flavours suggestive of green apple and peach, along with a creamy biscuit note on the finish. Beautifully balanced, we recommend sipping this in the sunshine, or as a rewarding partner to seafood.
