From the family-run Woodchester Valley Vineyard, nestled in the green and pleasant hills of the South Cotswolds, this delicate pink Pinot is as blushing as an English rose. With its hints of strawberry and raspberry, it’s a winner with white meat or seafood and makes the perfect summer aperitif, with or without the sunshine.

Harvey Nichols Cotswolds Pinot Rosé feels like Provence meets the British countryside in summertime with a touch more pink from the sunshine. Crafted using pure Pinot Noir Précoce, an early ripening form of Pinot Noir, it’s bursting with pink grapefruit zest, lemon, strawberries and cream, tangy raspberry sorbet, rhubarb and beachy sea spray. If you can’t make it to Provence this summer, consider the Cotswolds instead!

This family-owned boutique wine producer has three vineyards nestled among the valleys of Stroud. The area has a rich Roman history, and one thing is for certain, wherever the Romans went there was always wine. And sure enough, winemaking in this area of the Cotswolds was documented in the Doomsday Book. Woodchester Valley’s winemaker Jeremy Mount has a wealth of experience, having worked at wineries in England, Chablis, South Africa, Germany, Napa Valley, Malta and New Zealand.
